I would like to pass a thank you message for the service i received from Thandeka at Markhams in Maponya Mall, she was assisting my mother with a balance she needed to pay on her account, my mother forgot she made a purchase at VOPS Eastgate using her card and she was so patient and understanding, i also requested her to check my balance and she was so willing to assist and even assisted with cancelling the magazine subscription which i advise her i do not need. Her patience and willingness to help reflected that of a person who takes customer needs and service very serious. Not at once was she annoyed or bored of assisting us. She is a great asset to have as customer service consultant for Markham.,
