Great Service

I would like take this opportunity to highlight the great service I received from your branch in Canal Walk.

I went to three other stores in the Mall just wanting to price and to find out more about the different tablets on the market. Two of the three stores were not up to scratch with their product knowledge and the one store was totally clueless in their customer service ability.

When I got to your store I was taken through every tablet with regard to the specs of each tablet by your sales lady, Nuraan. She was fantastic! In fact, she was so good at explaining the product that I decided to buy it. I believe she is someone that you should invest in. Good customer service in this country is becoming very rare, so it's good to find people who are still serious about customer service.

I want to ad that this particular branch in Canal Walk has always been good with customer service.
