Great customer service

I recently visited Markham store at Sandton branch,few steps from the door I already felt valued as a customer.

Professional greetings and the asked if I needed any help as I sow a man's s T- shirt online and wanted to buy for my father but I couldn't find it on their shelves but the guy asked me to show him what I want,he checked around T -shirt section and did not find it and he even went at store room to check that side if it's there on their stock

With great service he came back with another colour and advised that the one that I want is not yet on their store but I can still order online if I am not in a hurry.

I did not get what I was looking for but I got the best service including the cashier was very friendly and they need to keep up the good deed.

It is noticable and good customer service goes a long way to attract more customers. #win
