Bought a gift card to the value of R1000 on 7 September 2025,went Markham in Campus square Johannesburg on 27 September 2025 to purchase with gift card and the cashier informed that the system is slow and that they will keep the clothing items I chose and that I should return.i return back to the store on 29 September 2025 and the R1000 gift card balance is gone without me receiving the clothing. The manager advise he will do a refund and I will get an sms to date I have not received sms nor the clothing
