friendly and efficient
I had an issue with a jacket I returned and when I logged my complaint on this site she phoned me the very next day. we than met soon and she was so helpful and understanding. I regained my confidence in the store and the service that the company has. I want to the Foschini group for the service thumbs up I look forward in shopping in your stores again.
