********** PURCHASES ON CUSTOMERS ACCOUNT

On 15/03/15 I rereceived a call from Tfg demanding a payment on my account. I was shocked because my account was paid up in December 2014. I went to their store to enquire and I was told that I made a purchase of R1928.00 on 05/03/15 at MaMarkham Southgate, R1789.00 on 28/02/15 at Markham Jabulani, R1779.00 on 28/02/15 at Markham Protea Glen. I don't known't all these purchases all I know is that I paid my account in full in december 2014 and never used my account. I logged a dispute and on 15/04/15 since then I never received any update from Foschini group either a call or sms about the status of my dispute. Customers beware of Foschini group they don't protect their customers against ********** activities in their business all they chase is meeting the target no matter how. I'm tired of getting threatening calls and messages that you are taking legal action against me . If you can't resolve this matter I know where to go......
