********** cashier at Markhams Tubatse crossing Burgersfort, check cameras and above information details.

I went to Markhams Tubatse crossing on the 29/05/2021 around 10:38 a.m as my till slip reads.Assisted by Caroline(a Tsonga speaking person)as I was buying Techno spark5air cellphone for my wife. She let me swipe R2399.00 for the original cellphone price that was written. As a customer I didnt know that the cellphone was on markdown of R2221.00 (as per slip confirmation). According to my slip she even scanned an extra item that I dont even have..as slip reads( SMD amplify note PDQ tws why,as written in the slip). She swiped an extra R99.00 ontop of my R2399.00 to add the total of R2489.00. All this information I got aware of it when I was at home as I never read my till slip but my wife notified me that the phone was on sale. That cashier Carol stole from me to her own benefit a total of R177.84 as written markdown on my slip. I only swiped my capitec card once but on my till slip it shows 2 swiped capitec transactions. I believe if something is on markdown a cashier must inform the customer not to ***** like what happened. I will keep my till slip till someone ends this and I need my money back. My advice to all clients going to Markhams Tubatse crossing check out your slips as there is ***** going on in that store. If the store have cameras check the cashier and the time of this incident. My till slip also say I have TFG reward card but I don't have any of those card and it said I have redeemed a voucher that I redeemed too that I don't know of or told of.I am so disappointed of the service I got and the issue of *****ing from me as a customers is something else and out of hand. Something big is going on in Markhams Tubatse crossing..theft and dihonesty of cashier's.
