At the end of 2013 an account was opened in my name with my ID document which was previously lost. After explaining this to their operators many many times, they eventually explained that i needed to go and get an affidavit stating the facts and dispute the matter at the nearest store, which i subsequently did. The dispute was lodged and the matter was supposed to be investigated. After trying to contact their head office and dispute department on numerous occasions, i have still not had any luck. Now, years later, i sit with this on my ICT record and am unable to resolve the matter. When i contact them, all they tell me is that the matter has been archived (BUT NOT RESOLVED!!!!). I am absolutely horrified, because now i sit in a situation where i am unable to do anything due to the fact that i am a "bad payer" on an account i didn't open - bear in mind i do not have any clothing accounts, particularly not at stores only stocking male items (I am female).

After all this i am still unable to resolve the matter and have received absolutely no feedback from them, nor do i have a reference which is what i require in order to complain to the Ombudsman.

I will not let leave this - I will ensure every stone in overturned in order to have this resolved.
