***** and poor service

<p>My credit limit was increased with out my knowledge or me agreeing to it. I cld to query about it and the manage I spoke with she did investigate. She told me it was done at maponya mall so I told her to give me the proof regarding that which she never did and last week it happened that I was at maponya mall, I went in asked about it and lady conrfimed that it was done. She went on to say you have to pay it I never agreed to it the limit I know it is R4300.00 something. I even spoke to miss kouthar who was not off assistant she asked what I want to do ' I told her as a head office you need to take action ' she sad they can't I have to go in store maponya mall to talk with the manager. Worse thing I went to fochini ellof street looking for the ombudsman contacts I did not get help.</p>
