FORCING ME TO BUY SOMETHING

I went to Makham Bronkhorstspruit yesterday ( Joseph and Julient assisted me in rejecting my request) for the refund(R115.00) that was on credit on my Makham account , they denied to refund me they said I should buy with something with It. when I call their customer service ***) I spoke to Ashika , she says they were supposed to refund me In the branch or any branch because it is less than R1000.00 as per procedure
