I lost my phone on 30 June 2015 and I reported accordingly and send a claim form through Markham stores in ladysmith I contacted finrite and they told me that they received my claim form and only affidavit was not received at that time I tried contracted Markham andthey propromised that they'll send the required papers which were submitted by me at the store. I didn't get any respond unit I contacted finrite insurance two weeks ago and they told me that my claim has been approved but when I contacted Markham they tell me they're busy with my claim and I must wait for their call I did phone them again on Friday 20th nov and they told me I must wait patiently they are still working on my claim and I really disappointed with this poor service and it's been four months without the my phone which was insured
