Fantastic Customer service!

I had made a purchase at a Markham's branch a couple of months ago and was unhappy that the articles had not lasted. When I approached the branch I was brushed off and left feeling angry. I laid a complaint via email on Markham's website. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a response from LYNN-LEE within 24 hours who needed some questions answered and assured me an Area Manager would attend to me soonest (I must admit I did not believe it would happen) The next day THABO had left messages on my cellphone and when I did not get a chance to call him back, he emailed me! By the time I called him back he already had arranged everything and had someone expect me at the store. When speaking to Thabo he was friendly, professional, helpful and made me feel an important customer!! Well done THABO and LYNNE-LEE, this is what customer service IS all about! I hope the powers that be acknowledge how valuable your attitudes are to their brand!
