False information
Hi I bought a Mobicel cellphone at Markham Lakeside Mall under the believe that if the screen breaks I can bring it back to the shop and I will get a free replacement if its within 12 months of me buying the phone. I took the phone there Monday and guess what I'm told about apps I need to download and the app tells me about 30 day waiting period and 180 adverti*****ts I have to watch before I can claim. Now the store manager tells me she knows nothing and she is new at the branch.
Markham is selling false goods to people. if I knew this was just a trap for me to buy the phone I would never have bought it. I am closing my account with Markham.
