False advertising of delivery when ordering online

I ordered a pair of Nike Air max for my sons birthday on the evening of 8 September 2015.Thinking it will be delivered on time for his birthday on the 11 September 2015.I called numerous times from the 9 to 11 September 2015.When i called i was told that it will only be delivered on Monday 14 September 2015.Its now almost 21:00 and still no parcel has been delivered despite me paying extra for express delivery.The lady in there call center explained to me that i live in an outlying area and cannot get my parcel in the expressed time as advertised on your website.Well i must inform you when ordering a parcel from overseas i can get it delivered to my doorstep within 5 days.And please note that East London has an airport which has daily flights from all major centers in SA.So please i am not happy with your poor service and weak service.
