Faded New clothes

I bought clothes on lay-by from Markham in March, in April I sent a complaint but was never responded to and thought it was because of a lockdown. this was for the second time when I bought something black from Markham and the color faded just after one wash. I was meant to believe that it is either Markham is using poor quality dye on black clothes as I even have an account and all my other color clothes are fine. It was a black tee and a jogger. i bought the grey jogger same day but it is fine only the black. this becomes a ******* and just a waste of money to buy anything black from markham. three items same difference. my Laybe number: ***
