Faded clothes

I'm just dissapointed on Markham's black clothes, last year in October I night pants Markham wonder Park Mall. The trousers were two different colors and black being one of this. It didn't take two months for the black trousers to start changing colors. I ignored it until I bought joggers last month for my birthday. I had laybye them by Markham Protea Glen Mall. I washed them once and now they are showing two colors, still it's the black joggers and a black tee. I think there's a problem with the way they color black and it seem a waste of money to buy such a color. My other clothes are fine but only black. I feel I wasted my money to buy such and I'm reconsidering buying any black color from Markham.
