Factory fault

Bought a jacket for my husband last month and I noticed how it was quickly falling apart yet it was still new but I still decided to let the matter go cause I didnt want to make a big deal. I then bought a puffer jacket for him again on Tuesday 18th June 2019 and during the day he complaining about a lot of factory faults on it. Later that day I assessed it and stitches we’re coming off like crazy and the zip of the hoodie on that jacket was also a mess. I know Markhams as one of the retailers that carry quality clothes hence they cost that much but this time around I’m really disappointed.
