eye injury in the store

I was in the changing room Markhams West Gate fitting on a pair of jeans short as I walk out the was rail next to the change room so I accidentally bumped the rail on my left eye and I got a cut and a bruise. So I told one of the store assistant my incident he seemed not to be concerned all he asked how am I going to pay the shorts with account or cash. I asked for the floor manager His name is Joseph he wasnt in the position to assist as well. Further I made a call to customer service the guy I spoke to Lungisa he also couldn't assist he said my situation will only be attended tomorrow because he knocks of at 6 pm. I find the service very pathetic and really not satisfied by the incompetence of all the individuals that I dealt with.
