Extremely rude Call centre and no help!

I received a call this morning from an extremely rude call centre agent who refused to listen. She called to query a payment that needs to be made. I advised her that I spoke to one of her team members in March this year who advised me that they will reverse a magazine that I did not ask for on my account. I requested the recording of the conversation that was had with them.

I've emailed *** on numerous occasions and have also cc'ed ***.

Can someone please help. Thanks!
