Exchange

I am so disappointed at Markhams Hartbeesport village mall. I bought clothes for my husband at this store so I went today for an exchange and I was told that for hygiene purposes white clothes cannot be returned because they are dirty. So I had to buy other clothes because the white shirt cannot be returned. All I wanted was to get a nice and fitting birthday gift and I had to buy twice as the size was small. Can I get my refund.
