Excellent service Markham Festival Mall

Yesterday afternoon I went to the Markham in Festival Mall looking for a graduation gift for my son with no idea of what I was looking for, Thankfully I met this young lady by the name of Rose who helped me with the perfect gift from running up and down looking for my son’s sizes down to the note attached to it. In all my years shopping at Markham, this was by far the best service I’ve received from any of the stores. Thank you very much, you’ve changed my idea of excellent service and wish you nothing but greatness.
