Excellent Service

So i walked into Markhams Cresta Mall last week Friday the 25th lunchtime and the first thing i am greeted with is a "Hello Sir, how can we assist you" by a lady at the door. I explain that i am looking for a simple white t-shirt "yes we have she replies", she then shouts to one of her colleague a gentleman who then proceeds to show me all the different white t-shirts makes they have at the shop.

He actually also tells me about a special they running and i ended up taking two t shirts as i walk away he reminds me to have a wonderful day in a kasie lingo.

To the teller who just tops it off by greeting me with a smile, goodness me i have never ever got such service at any retail store in my lifetime and felt i have to share.

Pity i can't mention any of their names but their service was the epitome of excellence. I hope this reaches your ears and continue in the same vain, Thank you Guys
