Excellent Customer Service from Nomsa Khoza-Clearwater Markham

Hi All

I would like to commend the above person on her excellent customer service. I saw a shirt I liked ,but there was no size.

I asked a guy for help and he just said if there is nothing on the shelf then they don’t have. I then asked Nomsa Khoza. She said she will check at the back. She checked and said none available, but she will check at other branches. She sourced one from Mall of Africa and said they will send it the next day.

I left and 5 minutes later, she called me to say they found one on hold, but the customer never came to collect and their time had passed. I was still in the mall so went over. In addition, this particular size was more than 50% off. The shirt was for my 40th Birthday Party, so Nomsa’s excellent service was really appreciated and contributed to the party’s success. Thank you Nomsa, and hope your employers recognize your excellence.
