Excellent Customer Service

It a great pleasure to take this opportunity to compliment the Store Manager of Markam Westwood mall Michelle for her excellence in costomer service, My shopping experience began by buying a watch in Gateway and in two months the watch was not working and I went to westwood mall to return it, Michelle realy went that extra miler to assist me by checking the code of the watch because it was sold out in her store, eventually she called me for an exchange of a new watch which I was very happy with that. Keep it up the good work Michelle I will make sure i tell my freind about that store.
