Excellent and poor service from the same company

As customers when we have to complain we know our way to hellopeter but we forget about hellopeter when it comes to complimenting the service. I had an issue of a phone that was bought in Grahamstown Markham and i had to take it to Silverton Markham to have the issue solved. The staff in Grahamstown handled the matter professionally and they made sure that as a customer i am happy. I will like to say big up to Store manager Yandi Roma and Area Manager Michelle Vermaak both of you assisted me with respect and you overpowered the poor service i recieved from Silverton Manager Joseph, Area Manager Rucy Hlala and teller Rose.

To Yandi and Michelle, please continue on showing how you respect and value your customers in that way you will keep Markham's name high.

To Rucy, Joseph and Rose, if you continue operating the way you are now i assure you Silverton store will drag the store's name on the mud and you will loose customers, please try at all times to be professionally cos from what i have experienced you do not value and respect your customers. I am absolutely disappointed on how unprofessional you all are especially the two managers you have disappointed me because you two are the ones that are suppose to set an examples to those that report to you.
