Exaggerated Amounts on Statements

<p>I have a terrible experience with Markham and The Foschini Group the past few months. </p> <p> </p> <p>My account was settled and not owing a cent, and I get an SMS informing me that my account is in arreas with R32.00. I went into the store to report this, I raised a complaint and was told the "mysterious" amount would be reversed, nobody has bothered to contact me about it to date!</p> <p> </p> <p>They even have the audacity to telemarket me and offer me new **** while they know they did me wrong. I brought this to their attention again during the telemarket call, and was promised by their manager, Nadia Fakier that it would be removed at the closing of the month.</p> <p> </p> <p>A few days ago, I see my statement and realise that actually ADDED amount I owe them insteaded of removing it.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like to urge everyone to scrutinise their statements these companies are not here to play with you. I know I am not the only person this has happened to because when I went to complain at the store, the customer behind had come for the exact same issue! </p> <p> </p> <p>Your business ethic is dispicable and ********!! You can't keep making up amounts people owe to you simply because they trust you enough not to check their statements.</p>
