I am joan morris. 9 months ago I lost my husband to covid 19.he had a policy at Markham which he was paying each and every month.after he's passing I went to Markham's to go find out what documents I should bring in order to claim.one lady assisted me she told me what documents she needed and I presented her with those documents.she told me she was gonna send them through to the necessary department and that I should wait they will be getting in touch.then on the 29 of March 2021 they emailed me a letter stating that my husband was owing R455,i was so surprised cause as far as I know my husband made a payments each and every month,the demanded the R455 and told me if I was gonna make a payment of R455 that they will gladly help me.my husband had I cash funeral which was alot of money I am in debt and I need the necessary people to reach out to me
