<p>I app**** for an account on June 11. I am still waiting...! Lakeside Mall store had to send through my documents 4 times... then apparently there was something wrong with my postal address... someone should catch a wake up. Yesterday I went to the store yet again. I was then told by the store that I will still receive an sms yesterday which, guess what, did not happen. I phoned your ...wonderful... call centre. I was told they need proof of income for June. I then went back to the store and took it to them. This after I app**** the 11th of June already. Still awaiting feedback. Worst service I have ever received from such a big group. Disgusted. Sies man.</p>
