don't care attitute

I bought a cellphone on account i Foschini Ladysmith on the 20/09/2016, anywho, that's not the issue, the issue is the phone died 3 weeks later (still under warranty)...I then took the phone to Markham Thabazimbi on the 10/10/2016 where I submitted all the documentation to Matthew and Daniel who said the phone will be sent for repairs and i should come check again in two weeks, I gave them my work telephone number to contact me to let me know the progress...which they never did, I phoned them on the 25th and was told i need to come to the store as they could not help me without the box that the phone came with, what was the use of them taking down my particulars if they can't help me telephonically, anyway i phoned so that i would avoid a situation whereby i drove almost 60Kms to get there and not find my phone...anyway I get there on the 26th with the box and all the paperwork in hand and i find that the phone was not fixed, when I asked why, nobodyy could give me an answer, all i was told is that the phone will be sent back again, and i asked what if it comes back unfixed because even now they cant tell me why it wasnt fixed the first time around...yet no answer, i asked how do i pay my instalments for the phone i do not have, and was told that if i dont pay I will be charged interest....what ticks me off the most is the fact that i now have to go for a month without a phone (that i am paying for). and another thing, I explained to those guys that i am from KZN and do not understand SePedi yet they insisted on communicating with me in that language which i found both irritating and unproffessional, I mean, they shouldn't have been hired if they cant communicate in English, I was not even offered a courtesy of a loaner phone since all this wasnt my fault....nobody seemed to care that i am missing important phonecalls yet i'm paying for a phone monthly, somedy at TGF needs to explain to me when i am getting my phone because i am not prepared to continue paying for something that i do not have and do not use, if needs be, I will take legal action as this is basically *****ing from me...taking my money and not fulfilling the obligations towards me in terms of the warranty that the phone came with coz clearly i was sold faulty goods.
