Does Markham sell grey goods these days?

Bought a pair of Caterpiller boots on Friday the 8th and this morning we wanted to polish it and saw the one shoe is dull and the other shines. I don't want to even Bother taking it back to the store as we will just be treated as idiots. I'm so disappointed paying cash R1350. This won't be the last the TV group hears from me. Super Irate.
