Distasteful and unwanted Service

Thursday Afternoon I had dropped by the Local Markham's in West Gate Mall to pay my account. When I got to the till after browsing around the shop to see what I could pick up before paying, I arrived at the the till with no line in site. I then walk up to the two ladies behind the till an greet to my surprise they both chose to stand and look at me as if I was crazy or something but got absolute no reply from them. I then asked if I could pay my account an still they looked at me with no response. One of them was busy with clothing an the other standing there talking. Afew moment there after an elderly lady came to the till with her goods and they served her with no complications. My question is why hire people that don't want to work!!?? West Gates Markham's has the worst service, I remember getting a Markham's card from them was a mission but now making it difficult for people to pay their accounts just because they are not happy is in called for, and it sad its just West Gate staff that don't want to be there, I have no complaints for the others that provide excellent service such as Clearwater or Newtown etc. May someone please speak to the staff.
