Dishonest
Today 30/5/2015 I went to Markham The Glen to open an account and I chose to a six months interest free repayment contract and to my astonishment when I went to purchase the goods that I chose, the contract was a 12 month contract and when I told the sales lady that my contract is six months she said that there was nothing she can do and it will take 3 months to activate a 6 months credit account. Markham The Glen needs to hire people who puts their customers needs first. I ended walking out without buying as that was my first experience with Markham and was my last.
