Disgustingly Pathetic

Customer service seems to have become a myth in the general aspect of the retail industry. Many stores have their fair share of employees that think it is acceptable to mishandle customers, directly and indirectly, and really think that they can get away with it.

I mean, since when was acknowledging a customer in your store replaced with a s******. Really? I blame management. Simple...
