Disgusting service by Mandisa at west-gate markhams

My mother was assisted by Mandisa along with her colleagues, they were so rude. They told my mom they won’t run for her or rush as she was requesting for a lay-buy and ended up taking 45min, busy telling her to sit down. They went in gossiping and laughing and the manager didn’t even care. They were rude and am very upset.
