Disgusting Customer service

I visited the Markham store , Cleary Park branch ,Port Elizabeth today and I received the most pathetic service ever. During this time of the year all stores are busy that's why staff need to helpful and patient .

I've been in an Customer services environment for almost 10 years and what I've seen today was appalling to say the least. I wanted to buy a tshirt for a gift ,the table where the tshirts was displayed was in a mess you cant find sizes. Staff is standing around arms folded . I asked for assistance ,one of the staff members Siya just shrugged his shoulders and said I must look . I was shocked.

The manager in the store was standing at the door ,I complained to him he didn't look interested until I left with nothing.

Very poor service indeed I'm very disappointed
