DISGUSTED CUSTOMER

I am shocked with the level service that RETAIL COMPANIES GIVES TO us as loyal customers. So my partner buys a shorts on Valentines day and is small. HE TAKES HIS TIME OFF WORK IN THE MORNING (THURSDAY) to go an exchange and gets told they will request the medium to be brought to the cresta branch from JHB. Friday no word, Monday no word. Tuesday I call at 12:30 only to find out the person that assisted thursday was not in and Kabelo will call me back. I had to call back 15:00 to be told he requested the shorts now...........NO COURTESY TO ACTAULLY SAY HE REQUESTED THE SHORTS NOW ONLY!!!!!!!!!! There is people out here that actaully needs jobs and actaully will KEEP THE CUSTOMERS HAPPY.
