Disgusted and Disappointed

I’m disgusted and disappointed again with markam Central Park in Bloemfontein.

On the 06 Mar 2021, I complained about the same store and no one care to come back to me, just to lie to me about how the problem (if it’s a problem to them) was sorted and never will happen again but it’s ohk I will never bother anymore to go to that branch.

I have logged a Cellphone insurance and today went to Markam Central Park to ask them to phone for me just to find out about the status of my claim, then the guy at the counter asked me where I submitted documents for claim, I told him at markam Loch logan, you could see in his face that he was going to tell me to go back there yet that store fall under TFG too.

Instead of helping me, he asked the lady next to him something regarding my request and he rep**** me by saying, they have been struggling with the insurance people, they don’t answer the phone.

I then took out my phone to phone and with seconds, the call was picked up and spoke with consultants at the insurance claims.

I’m not happy with their service towards their paying customers, I wasn’t there to ask for a heart or kidney donation but was there as a TFG paying customer. I’m really disgusted and I will never go there again. You just lost a loyal customer.

The guys name is Zappi according to the same lady he whispered with when I asked for their help.
