I recently visited the store about a week ago. I had gone there to purchase aerosols. One of the cashiers told me that they were offline and another lady insisted she will help with the purchase. I explained I'm buying with my account card. She then responded in rude manner, she has to phone and confirm it's my card. I said no problem, u do what u need to do. She then came back and said I am not allowed to purchase on the card, yet it's my card. She was so rude, I immediately told her I had enough of her attitude. She then kept saying sure.. sure.. I demanded to speak to the store manager. He apologized and acknowledged he is aware of her nasty attitude, this is not the first time she assisted us and was ubrupt. She previously accused my partner of ***** after she blocked his account and refused to unblock it. I do understand why this lady is still working behind a till point when she has no people s****s and makes false accusations. Caitlyn (if that's your real name) please seek alternative employment if you are not happy at your workplace, but I been a customer there for years and I'm not about to shop somewhere else because you have issues.
