DISAPPOINTING SERVICE

I’m so disappointed with Markham… because it’s not even a month since I’ve had my account and I am already having troubles.. I paid my account at Markham N1 City In Cape Town on the 31st only to find out they paid an inactive account I had years ago instead of the one I just took out with them literally less than a month ago… I am now getting these emails from TFG telling me about missed payments and how it will reflect on my credit record even thou I called the store many times and they told me they will sort the issue out. I am disappointed because I called the customer service many times, I called the store many times.. and no feedback, all I get is emails telling me how I missed my instalment even thou I paid more than I was required to pay. Yeah so I don’t know how to get this issue sorted out now.
