Disappointed with TFG online and Markham's Thohoyandou

I was very disappointed with the service I received from Markham's Thohoyandou Mvusuludzo. I went there to collect my online packages, it was three packages, the third I was not sent a message that it had arrived but it had. They didn't give it to that package even though I had previous messages where I was being told that my package is on it's way. I had my ID with me but I still couldn't get my package and I needed the packag ASAP. I sent TGF my complaint m still waiting on them and m still waiting on their text message to say that I can go collect.
