Disappointed with service received

DISAPPOINTED!!!! POOR SERVICE AT CENTURION MALL!!!! I bought a melton coat on 8 April 2022 for my partner, on 20 April 2022 we were at Sandton to exchange the coat for a smaller size, they took our details down and said that they will get back to us as soon as they find a store with a medium size as I incorrectly purchased an XL.

On 24 April my partner took the coat to Centurion Mall and the cashier refused to assist him in exchanging the coat. What **** service.
