Disappointed

I’m so disappointed with the way Markam Central Park Bloemfontein staff conducts business and or treat their customers. Store trading hours for Saturday shows that they open at 09:00 but we waited outside till 09:05 and there is no notification whatsoever to let customers know that they will open later than 09:00. I had to leave because I don’t have time to just stand there not knowing if they will ever open for business today.

The list they could have done was to tell us that they going to open late.
