Dineo Zulu is a priceless manager

Last week I saw the perfect pair of shoes and unfortunately there was a only a right and not a left. Seeing that it was on the shelf the consumer protection act comes into play but without me even bringing this up Dineo said no problem, phoned around and got the shoes delivered to the store which I purchased immediately.

She kept me in the loop as she was expecting it not to be longer than 3 days and when this expired called me up and said the moment they arrive she would call. I was at training session and as promised on Saturday she did and then even tried to get me to purchase further fashion from the store so well done to her professionalism.

Wish more managers behaved like her as I would be in your stores and making more purchases in a big way!!! Truly impressed!!!!
