Dillema with Markham TFG disappointing

Markham TFG dissapoints as I lost my wallet with both the store card and I.D in it. The only thing I've got is a temporary I.D from the home affairs as thats what they only provide not the actual I.D smart cards, went to markham trying to purchase they said they only need actual I.d's not temporary ID's and now I pay my account but I can't actually purchase and can't get a new store card, because I don't have an I.d their process is so inconvenient.
