Defective/Torn Trouser
I bought some clothes from Markham Hatfield on the 19th of March 2021 of which were my choice and knowing that i will not go for that 30 day change my receipts were then destroyed but then now one of the items i bought from them is defective and i had swiped my rewards card so upon emailing they become useless either than saying that they can get proof of purchase from that rewards card record like Makro does so that i can go there for an exhange for that 1 item.
