It is has been brought to my attention, that I am being charged a sports club fee of R23.30pm , as per my latest statement attached.<br> I have never received regular statements so never noticed.<br> <br> I have never agreed to any such service either verbally or in writing.<br> <br> I requested all charges relating to this sports club fee be reversed with immediate effect.<br> <br> I have contacted your call centre and (Simphiwe) advised me that it dates back further than January 2014, how can this be charged to a customer's account without their consent ?<br> <br> I have been a loyal customer of Markhams for many years and am seriously considering closing this account , due to this underhanded charge, as I can never recall agreeing to this , and am normally quite sticky when it comes to joining these extra clubs or subscriptions.<br> <br> I expect this to be resolved as soon as possible , I have sent follow up emails with no response.<br> I'm livid that such a large retailer can apply these charges with no proof of the clients approval.<br> <br> A unhappy customer
