Dear Markham West Coast Mall / Bash Support, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the refusal to release my parcel (CAZA***) to a representative I sent, despite Bash’s official policy clearly stating that parcels may be collected by someone else with the correct OTP. I am currently traveling for work and unable to collect the parcel myself. I provided the OTP (77298) to my representative, yet they were turned away and told I must collect it personally — which contradicts Bash’s FAQ. This has caused unnecessary inconvenience and delay. I request that this issue be addressed urgently and that my representative be allowed to collect the parcel as per policy.
