Firstly I want to thank the Hellopeter team for their efficiency and speed in delivering the message. Thank you for being the voice of the often silenced consumer. My message is a follow up from a frown that was turned upside down. I was dissapointed by Markham a week ago and thought that I would not go back after settling with them. I left a complaint on your site and not even 24hrs thereafter received a message from Jacqualine(Customer Experience Specialist),this is a title that fits her as she was very emphatic and left me feeling well taken care off after arranging a call back from the Markham branch manager Mahida(hope spelling is correct). Well the call was very refreshing and I appreciated the professionalism from Mahida. I met her the next day in store and the problem was corrected. Thank you Jacqualine, thank you Mahida your company should be proud to have you and may your careers flourish! Most of all thank you Hellopeter!
