Cropped puffer jacket

Good day I went to Markham Mall of Africa , bought a cropped puffer jacket on the 28 June 2021. After wearing the jacket once I noticed that the pocket is faulty, I went back to the store( MoA) on 02 July 2021 to return the Jacket and they were out of stock then I was referred to Markham Festival Mall. I went to Markham at Festival Mall on 03 July 2021, only after hours of waiting to be assisted I am being told that they cannot assist me as they claim I damaged the pocket, and it was not faulty when they sold it to me. I am not happy about the service I received from Markham, we buy their items but when we have a problem with their own items they refuse to help.
