Credit Allocation Disappointing

I recently opened an account with Markhams and, prior to the final approval, I was informed by your assessment team that I qualified for a credit limit ranging between R30,000 and R80,000. However, to my surprise, upon collecting my store card, I discovered that my approved credit limit is only R750. This discrepancy is both frustrating and disappointing. I provided all the required information with the expectation that the initial assessment would align with the final approval. A credit limit of R750 does not reflect that.
